Structure

You can easily convert Chinese adjectives into adverbs with 地 (de). This character is very similar to the English suffix -ly.

Subject + Adjective + 地 + Verb

Examples

你要很认真地学习。
爷爷慢慢地走路。
我们舒服地躺在那里。
