再三(zài sān) means "repeatedly" or "time and again", and can be placed before or after a verb:
For example:
- 老师 向 他 再三 强调‘外国’不 是 一 个 国家。
- 中国 政府 再三 警告 美国 不要 干涉 内政。
- 她 每天 再三 思考 存在 的意义，最后 什么 都 没 做成。
- 别 犹豫 再三，抓 紧 时机！
再三 cannot be used with verbs that have negative connotations.
