"无非" means only, or nothing but. People use "无非" to soften the meaning of what they're talking about, or to stress that what they're saying isn't serious or awesome. The end of the sentence sometimes has "罢了" or "而已."

“Wufei" with verb
Structure
无非 + 是 + Verb Phrase
Adding a 是 is optional. Using 是 is more colloquial.
