Using 尽量 is as simple as adding it before a verb (or adjective).

尽量 + Verb / Adj.

我会尽量想办法帮你的。Wǒ huì jǐnliàng xiǎng bànfǎ bāng nǐ de.I will try my best to figure out something to help you.
