"再说..." (zàishuō...) is used in a similar way as "In addition" or "Moreover" do, in that it is adding on additional information or reasons to the topic at hand.
Here are some example sentences:
- 我家庭喜欢去美国旅行，再说我们可以看望我们的亲戚。
- 现在太早了，我不要去，再说那个商店还没开放了。
- 我不要帮他，因为他是一个骗人，再说我不可能信任他。
