Expressing "over and over again" with "zaisan"

再三(zài sān) means "repeatedly" or "over and over".
再三 + verb
向她再三强调‘外国’不是一个国家,‘外国人’不是一个民族 政府再三警告公务员切勿贪污 他每天再三思考
再三 can be used to modify actions which have happened repeatedly in the past or future, but cannot be used with verbs that have negative connotations.
