其中 (qízhōng）means "among" or "in", and denotes that something belongs to, is in or is part of a bigger group. This is a little like "of which" in English, where you can say, "I have 3 ties, of which 2 are silk".
我有四辆汽车，其中三辆都是宝马。
到处都有孤独的人，我只是其中一个
其中最。
工作虽然有时枯燥，但是只要坚持你就会发现乐在其中。
In the last example sentence, 乐在其中 means "there is joy within" or maybe "there is joy involved with". This sounds overly complex in English, but Chinese 其中 within to express abstract involvement with.
