Expressing "even if…" with "jishi"

即使...也(jíshǐ) is a relatively formal way of saying "even if X...I would still Y".
- 我 即使 有 五百 万，也 不 会 买 一 个 LV 的 包 （LV = Louis Vuitton)
- 你 即使 不 想 听，也 应该 假装 你 感兴趣
- 现在 即使 是 高峰期，也 要 出去 吃饭，太 饿 了!
