Expressing "even if…" with "jishi"

即使...也(jíshǐ) means "even though X...will still Y". Here are some examples:
- 即使 当 这么 多 人 的 面，也 要 批评 他。
- 你 即使 不 想 听，也 应该 假装 你 感兴趣
- 现在 即使 是 高峰期，也 要 出去 吃饭，太 饿 了!
即便 can be used interchangeably with 即使, and means the same.
