Negative commands with "buyao"

Negative commands in Chinese ("do not" or "don't") are formed with 不要. Usually the subject is omitted, as in English. The structure is:

不要 + Verb + Object

Some examples:

  • 不要 说话！
  • 不要 推 我！
  • 不要 说谎！
