Expressing "the same as" with "yiyang"

To say that one thing is the same as another, you can use 一样 (yīyàng). The structure is:
Subject + 跟 / 和 + Noun + 一样
Some examples:
- 我 跟 你 一样。
- 啤酒 和 葡萄酒 不 一样。
- 美国 跟 英国 有点 一样。
