The structure is:
Statement + 的
Frequently the statement will include 会 or 肯定会 to emphasize the speaker's certainty.
Examples

- 她 肯定 会 来 的。She's definitely going to come.
- 你 这样 说 是 不 对 的。This way of saying it is just incorrect.
