Providing two options with double "huozhe"

One easy way to give two options is to precede each one with 或者 (huòzhě).

Structure

或者 A ，或者 B

You can use almost anything as the options A and B.

Examples

• 只 有 一 块 蛋糕，或者 你 吃 或者 我 吃。Zhǐyǒu yīkuài dàngāo, huòzhě nǐ chī huòzhě wǒ chī.There's only one piece of cake. Either you eat it, or I eat it.
• 你 或者 学 汉语 ， 或者 学 法律，别的就别学了。Nǐ huòzhě xué Hànyǔ, huòzhě xué fǎlǜ, bié de jiù bié xué le.Either study Chinese or law. Don't study anything else.
• 咱们 或者 去 爬山 或者 泡温泉。Zánmen huòzhě qù páshān huòzhě pào wēnquán.Let's either go hiking or go to the hot springs.
• 咱们 或者 今天 去 或者 明天 去，一定 要 去。
• 你 或者 买 这个 或者 买 那个，其他的 都 不 好看。
