好 (hǎo) means "in order to or for the sake of," and therefore expresses the purpose. It is used in the following way:

Action ，好 + Purpose

她睡前常常喝牛奶，好入睡。Tā shuì qián chángcháng hē niúnǎi, hǎo rùshuì.She often drinks milk before bedtime to help her fall asleep.
老师，请说慢点儿，我们好做笔记。Lǎoshī, qǐng shuō màn diǎn er, wǒmen hǎo zuò bǐjì.Teacher, you need to speak a little slower so that we can write them down.
请把车停到里面，好让别人走路。Qǐng bǎ chē tíng dào lǐmiàn, hǎo ràng biérén zǒulù.Please park the car inside so that other people can walk.
