随着 (suízhe) means"along with", or "followed by" and can be used like this:
- 树枝 随着 风 不 停 地 摇动。
- 我 随着 女朋友 去 了 非洲。
- 我 随着 音乐 拍手。
随着 can also be used in the following structure to indicate that a change in A causes a respective change in B. In this case A is generally a trend, like development or rising prices.
The structure is:
随着 A + 的 + Verb, B + Verb
For example:

- 随着 石油 价格 的 升高,粮食 的 价格 涨 了 好 几 倍。
