Expressing uncertainty about "whether or not"

这个页面是为了帮学习者了解"if... or nor"在汉语里应该如何正确的表达。
外国人常犯的错误是把"if"直接翻译成"如果",但汉语里这个"if"是不用翻译的,汉语的处理方式是把的助动词或者谓语动词变成正反问的形式,也就是"Verb不Verb"。
如果这个动词是双音节的,考虑到经济原则,常常只重复第一个字,如"喜不喜欢","愿不愿意"。 如果是形容词,参照以上原则,如"高不高兴",有时候也可以在形容词前加"是不是",变成"是不是adj."。
例:
I'm not sure if he will come tomorrow. 我不知道如果他明天会来。 I'm not sure if he will come tomorrow. 我不知道他明天会不会来。
I can't be sure if WeChat is popular outside the country, but they are in China. 我不知道微信在国外如果受欢迎,但是在中国很受欢迎。
I wonder if she can help us. 我不知道如果她能帮我们。 I wonder if she can help us. 我不知道她能不能帮我们。
I don't care if she like it or not. 我不在乎如果她喜欢。 I don't care if she like it or not. 我不在乎她喜不喜欢。
I didn't ask if they're satisfied about the result. 我没问如果他们满意这个结果。 I didn't ask if they're satisfied about the result. 我没问他们对这个结果满不满意。 I didn't ask if they're satisfied about the result. 我没问他们是不是满意这个结果。
英文的否定前置:
I don't think he can come tomorrow. 我不觉得他明天会来。 I don't think he can come tomorrow. 我觉得他明天不会来。
