Expressing "similar to" with "gen... shide"

跟......似的（gēn... shìde ）is the same as"像......一样"."似的" the auxiliary word,is used after a noun,a pronoun or an adjective and indicates that a certain situation or matter has similarities.
Structure
跟+Noun/Pronoun/Adjective+似的
尽管名词、代词或动词都可以用在“似的”前面，但是以名词居多。
Examples
- 他们 俩 好 得 跟 亲 姐妹 似的。
- 最近 天气 热 得 跟 夏天 似的。
- 别 跟 他 似的 一天到晚 好吃 懒做。
- 他 当 这 跟 玩 似的，一点 都 不 用心。
