Conceding with "ba"

The particle 吧 (ba) can also be used to concede a point. That is, 吧 can be used to accept or agree with something that you're not particularly happy about.

Structure

Similar to other uses of 吧, in this usage as well is simply placed on the end of a sentence or statement.

Examples

• 那 好 吧。That's good.
• 我 想 应该 可以 吧。I think (something) should be able to.
• 那 就 这样 吧。This way then.
